Later, you will advance through city boroughs until you reach Kincaid's war room, triggering a cutscene. Once the scene concludes, resist the urge to move forward. Execute a full 180-degree turn and face the back of the room. Your objective is a chipboard that has been hastily shoved behind a sofa. Inspect this board closely to collect the second Dog Tags.

The final collectible appears after a dramatic jeep crash during thehigh-speed train chase sequence. When you regain control of yourcharacter on foot inside the tunnel, stop and look directly to your left. You will see a large, accessible shipping container. Enter it andyou'll find the third and final set of Dog Tags sitting prominently ontop of a crate inside.
