As you exit onto a high, external walkway with a view of the city, turn immediately to your right before following your squad. The Dog Tag is nestled beside a stack of crates and a ventilation unit against the railing.

The Second Tag: Flooded Tunnel Junction - During the segment where you are navigating the flooded tunnels, youwill come to a large junction room with multiple pathways.
