This ax can be found at coordinates 15.15 on the map. You will get here as you progress through the game, you will first get to 19.19 on the map> here you will have to turn right and exit this area> switch to your drone and go up until you can turn left> keep moving forward to the left eliminating the enemies you find> then jump over the rocky outcrop, where you will see a statue in the shape of a lion on the left side.

Jump on the statue to find a door that you must open if you have used your skill points to unlock the second rank of the infection level.

When you open the door, you will find an optional boss, so we recommend updating your drone to this point. But you don't necessarily have to remove it to get the double ax. You will simply have to run to the left and jump the platforms to get it.
