Astro Bot: Rescue Mission looks and feels like a very simple platformer, but its apparently simple shell conceals a truly demanding facility of gameplay. Team Asobi crafted ingenious levels to make up this title, full of intricate puzzles and lots of adorable bots to collect. Being a great PlayStation game, Astro Bot contains a set of trophies for completing certain tasks, and "What a Trip" is one of the most challenging ones.
This fantastic expedition is a love letter to PlayStation classics, full of references and Easter eggs from some of the most beloved Sony titles. "What a Trip" is one of the trickier ones where you will have to guide Astro through a various obstacle course inspired by Horizon Forbidden West. Once you get into the fifth world of Astro Bot, Feather Cluster, this trophy will be one of the few remaining things to overcome.
So don't worry if you're having some issues with "What a Trip"; just be a little more patient, and the obstacle will have been overcome as you collect your well-deserved trophy.
Astro Bot - How to Defeat 7 Enemies with the Tripcaster
The Tripcaster in the Horizon series was once more of a stealth weapon; in Astro Bot, it serves a very different purpose. In the fifth world of the game, Machine Learning, there are electrified tripwires that will kill enemies if they come in contact with them. You are supposed to use these tripwires in your favor, changing places to get seven kills without an actual fight.
What a Trip: Time your jumps and movements so that enemies fall on the tripwires. If you touch a tripwire, that means restart, and using your bow or any other weapon means missing the trophy.
If possible, don't use your hover jump. If all goes bad, just jump off the nearby cliff to restart with a clean slate. You want to manipulate the landscape to sweep the enemies into the electrified traps, rather than confront them head-on.
