  • To do this, defeat the final boss of the Gorilla Nebula to unlock the Apes on the Loose level.
  • Capture at least one Monkey Bot to activate the bridge that leads to the main level.

Capturing the Gold Butterfly


  • 1. Locating the Bridge: Once you have captured your first Monkey Bot, a bridge will be exposed. Cross the bridge to gain access to the main level.
  • 2. Find the Ladders: There are ladders behind the central statue that lead onto a platform with a glass bridge.
  • 3. Find the Bush: To one side of the ladders are two bushes. One of these hides the Gold Butterfly.
  • 4. Set the Butterfly Free: Press in the correct bush to set the Gold Butterfly free.
  • 5. Chase the Butterfly: The butterfly will start circling around the statue. Using Spike's net, catch it. Prepare for a quick chase-the Gold Butterfly is nimble.
