    How to catch soft-shelled turtles in Animal Crossing New Horizons?


    • Northern Hemisphere: August-September
    • Southern Hemisphere: February-March

    While playing in the periods already mentioned, the turtle can be found between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Make sure to catch it while it's on your island, as it only lasts for a few months of the year.

    As for her catch, you'll need to equip your fishing rod and make sure to hold it, get close to any river on your island and look for a medium-sized shadow in the water.

    Keep your eyes on the sea and throw your fishing rod in front of the turtle by pressing A.
