Other than that, this Where Stars Slumber event in Wuthering Waves 1.3 gives the task to climb any anchor in the Black Shores Archipelago and claim its Advanced Supply Chest at the top. Of course, note that all these are only accessible by finishing the Black Shores Main Quest-unlocking the Black Shores map in order to access this task and the whole event.

How to Climb up the Anchor in Wuthering Waves

One of the four objectives in the Seaside Wandering section of the Where Stars Slumber quest is to ascend the Anchor and open the Supply Chest. The said Anchor, which is required for the task, can be found off the southernmost tip of the Black Shores Archipelago near the Resonance Beacon.

All that is left to complete this task of ascending up the anchor and unlocking the supply chest is just follow the steps below.

First head to the location

From the event page, go to where this quest is located. If you go all the way south on the Black Shores Archipelago map, you should see the Resonance Beacon. If you turn your camera southwest of that location, you'll see the anchor standing there.

Follow the signs on the side of the road to ascend up onto the anchor.

The Anchor is well tall, so it's not a good idea to try climbing it all in one go. Along the route, you'll see Road Signs. By touching one, some of your stamina will recover. While climbing the anchor, collect all the road signs; otherwise, you will run out of stamina in the middle of the game.

Third, access the supply chest that's located at the top of the page.

When you reach the top, there is an Advanced Supply Chest. Opening the supply chest seals the Where Stars Slumber event.

Supply Chest Reward for Anchor Climbing

You will obtain the following effects after you have completed this quest in the Seaside Wandering area of Where Stars Slumber: Ten Stardust, five Resonance Potions, and eight Cores with Medium Energy
Collect 100 Stardust during the event to unlock a weapon in the Deep Sky Blazar Weapon series.
