How To Find the Demon of Obsession

The Demon of Obsession is located within the Bo Capital chapter of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

Enter the Bo Capital: You will gain access to this area after a significant story progression.

Go to Shrine Dwelling: From the Bo Capital, use a wheel in the Depth of the Capital to teleport to the Shrine Dwelling.

Locate the Boss Area: Once you arrive at the Shrine Dwelling shrine, move forward into the boss's region. The Demon of Obsession will be waiting for you there.

All Attack Patterns of the Demon of Obsession

The Demon of Obsession's fighting style is a heightened version ofyour own. She is capable of using a wide range of weapons, skills, andspells across two distinct phases.

Phase 1: Spear Attacks

In the first phase, she wields a spear and demonstrates a mastery of melee combat.

• Combos: She will frequently chain together light and heavy attacks, making it difficult to find openings.
• Infinite Skyborn Might: She appears to have an unlimited supply of Skyborn Might, as she continuously uses her discipline skills.
• Discipline Skills: She will use the following spear-based skills:
  • Solar Leap
  • Spear Flurry
  • Upward Force
  • Furious Stab

Phase 2: Spell and Dual-Blade Attacks

In the second phase, she becomes even more aggressive, switching to aspell-heavy build. She will also use a one-handed sword and dual blades.

• Spells: She can cast a large variety of spells, many of which are echoes ofother enemies or bosses you have fought. Her spell list includes:

The key to defeating the Demon of Obsession is to fight fire with fire. She is an aggressive boss, and a defensive, passive strategy will not workwell against her.

• Stagger Her: Although she is apowerful boss, she can be staggered. Continuously attacking her withyour weapon can disrupt her combos and give you a moment to deal somedamage.
• Use Rampage: Skills like Rampageare very effective against her. Using Rampage can knock her down,creating a large opening for you to unleash a series of powerfulattacks.
• Be Aggressive in Phase 2: When she enters her second phase, she will become more aggressive. You must respond inkind. Instead of backing off, continue to pressure her and keep her onthe defensive.
• Utilize Ethereal Form: The Ethereal Form spell is your best friend in this fight. Use it to dodge her relentless attacks and to build up your Skyborn Might stacks. This will allow youto use your powerful skills more frequently.
• Chain Combos and Rampage: The most effective strategy is to keep her staggered for as long aspossible. Use Rampage to knock her down, then chain together your combos to keep the pressure on. This will give her fewer opportunities toretaliate with her devastating attacks and spells.
