You can use Blink so that Emem can reach out of range areas. Blink can generate Hunger the first time a path is taken, but taking a path that has already been used is free. You will have to use this ability to be able to escape from the cell, so you will have to stabilize your hunger.

To reduce hunger, you will have to look at the bottom right of the right wall and interact with it. This will make Emem take out a piece of concrete from which some rats will come out. You will have to eat the rats to reduce the hunger levels, to use the blink to get out of the cell.
