The first thing you should know is that the original Zombie's mode has been removed from Call of Duty: Mobile and a new version called Undead Siege has been added that plays a little differently. But this seems to be a time limited edition, but you can still install the files in case it becomes available again.

To install this mode, you will have to go to Settings from the main menu > go to Install on the left side > then go to Game Mode > download whatever is in the Zombies section.
