Get through the Stallion Gate

Stay on this eastward route till it ends. After that, go northwest until you see the rune of the Giant Medusa Head.

Into the Gallery of Visual Arts

After passing the rune of the Giant Medusa Head to the north, turn east straightaway. Go back north until you reach the wall, and then turn west right away. You should disregard the huge room shaped like an X and continue westward into the Hall of Paintings.

After you've gone as far west as you can go, turn north and go through even more rooms adorned with artwork.

Make your way to the Great Hall.

A vast room adorned with porcelain tile, dark crimson rugs, and several statues awaits you as you exit the Hall of Paintings. Go straight east until you can't anymore, and then turn north to reach the zone's peak. After that, go through the main entrance and into the Alchemy Lab by turning east.

Locate the Puppet Master and Subdue Him

Go south once you enter the Alchemy Lab. Upon reaching the room's base, you will notice the Puppet Master rune lying on the floor. To activate the Scorpion Gate, step on it to summon the boss. Once you defeat them, they will drop the Relic that you require.

When you're ready to start a new run, unlock the Scorpion Gate. It will teleport you to the room just before the Alchemy Lab, so you can bypass the hard journey you just finished. You can now find Hector's unique pickup, Karma Coins, scattered over the map. It is now time to venture further into the Castle of Dracula.
