The first thing you have to do is find a natural hive, which is usually near random buildings in the world, often within these ruined buildings. It is not difficult to find them because you can easily locate them by the buzz that the bees emit.
You should keep in mind that there is no safe way to collect the queen bee or honey from the hive. In fact, the best thing you can do is destroy the hive directly.
