This is one of the many level 40 Blood Bosses that you will need to encounter in the game. And precisely about finding, is that you will have to know where to find Vincent the Frostbringer.
This boss is usually around the roads in the center of Dunley Farmlands. But we still recommend using the Blood Altar to track it down. You will be able to build the Altar of Blood after gathering the necessary items:
When you have all the materials, you will have to go to the Build menu to build the altar and then follow the trail of the boss.
Before facing Vincent the Frostbringer, you will have to take out the escort archers first. But make sure you level up with this boss and if you can, bring a teammate to help you out.

Where to find Vincent the Frostbringer in V Rising?
This boss is usually around the roads in the center of Dunley Farmlands. But we still recommend using the Blood Altar to track it down. You will be able to build the Altar of Blood after gathering the necessary items:
- The blueprint, which is unlocked after The Hunt quest
- 180 stones
- 10 blood essences
