This is one of the many level 40 Blood Bosses that you will need to encounter in the game. And precisely about finding, is that you will have to know where to find Vincent the Frostbringer.
This boss is usually around the roads in the center of Dunley Farmlands. But we still recommend using the Blood Altar to track it down. You will be able to build the Altar of Blood after gathering the necessary items:
