For one of the Week 9 Seasonal Device (Seven) Quests in Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 3 Season 1, you need to do three quest steps, "Receive Your Next Objective in Covert Cavern", "Eliminate IO Forces" and then "Drop Off the Data Card at a Dead Drop".
You need to do all of these steps in one game to complete the quest. So land at Covert Cavern, eliminate an IO Force, and then bring the Data Card to a Dead Drop. The nearest Dead Drop location can be found at the Seven Outpost west of Covert Cavern.
