To increase maximum stamina and endurance you can use two methods:

One is to collect powerful mushrooms, but these are not obtained in the same way as other resources. Instead, you will be able to find them as you explore the map or through the Achievement Rewards. If you opt for the Exploration Rewards method, you will have to complete several activities such as cleaning Ruins, opening Supply Capsules, interacting with the Omnium Tower, interacting with the Panoramic Points, etc, in different regions. You should keep in mind that in each region there are a certain amount of exploration points waiting for you:

• In Navia there are 905 exploration points
• In Astra 965 exploration points
• In the Warren region 750 exploration points
• In Banges requires 1095 exploration points
• In the Crown region 765 exploration points

You could also obtain Mighty Mushroom by completing Achievements, of which you can find a total of 12:

• The first Achievement reward will be unlocked by collecting 250 points.
