To farm this guardian, you will have to face Vorcanar, one of the first bosses in the game. To get to this nemigo you will have to have completed the tutorial and saved Brighthoof, then you will have to complete the "Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression" quest > then you will have to complete the Slayer of Vorcanar quest.
After that, you can go back and farm Vorcanar at the Tribute Way fast travel point.
