This ward is a global release, so it can drop from anything that can drop loot, for example bosses, mini-bosses, Lucky Dice, and chests, but this doesn't make things much easier, as finding something specific could take time. So farming it may be the best or fastest way to find it.

To farm this guardian, you will have to face Vorcanar, one of the first bosses in the game. To get to this nemigo you will have to have completed the tutorial and saved Brighthoof, then you will have to complete the "Goblins Tired of Forced Oppression" quest > then you will have to complete the Slayer of Vorcanar quest.

After that, you can go back and farm Vorcanar at the Tribute Way fast travel point.
