In order to get this legendary weapon, you must finish the game, since it can only be obtained in the Chamber of Chaos, a random dungeon.

The weapon can drop from anything inside the Chamber of Chaos, i.e. normal enemies, mini-bosses, bosses, and the chest at the end of your run.

But the fastest way to get it is by spending all of your Chaos Chamber crystals on the SMG rabbit statue at the end of the loot room, as it limits loot to SMGs only.

You can always increase your Loot Luck stat as well, to improve your chances of getting Legendary items in the Chaos Chamber.
