It is one of the many legendary weapons that you can find in the game, it is a shotgun-type weapon that fires two magical waves at the same time in an X pattern, with different elemental damage depending on the variant of the weapon you get. But if you want to take advantage of this powerful weapon, you will have to know how to get the Crossblade.
To summon Gloopathoth you can interact with the blue rune found in the Chamber of Chaos, so you will have to search through all the encounters until you find the rune. By interacting with the rune, you will get access to a puzzle where you have to attract one of the smaller orbs to the big orb in the room without hitting it.
Completing the puzzle will allow you to access a red portal found at the end of your Chaos Chamber run. This portal will lead you to meet the raid boss. Make sure to upgrade your loot luck before trying to farm this boss for the Crossblade.

How to get the Crossblade in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands?
This weapon can drop from any notable loot source in the game, i.e. chests, mini-bosses, and bosses. It can also be farmed, but you won't be able to do it for a while.
