To find this egg you will have to head to Shattergrave Barrow, in the second half of the area, so you will have to travel there and venture through the skeletons, zombies and spider crabs to reach it. The egg will be next to the first large open area where the spider crabs are.
You will need to jump to the raised floor to the left > then to the ledge to the left > turn around and run to the end of the area and you can find a grave in the back with a skeleton wearing a bubble hat, this is a reference to Smitty Werbenjägermanjensen, a character from the show SpongeBob who has his hat stolen in one episode and comes back from the dead to reclaim it from Mr. Krabs.
