How To Customize HUD in Throne And Liberty

The HUD is easily customizable once the player navigates to the Main Menu in the game. For most controllers, this button is the Start button, while others use the ESC key.

After the menu opens, players will find the 'Edit HUD' option down near the bottom of the Settings section. They can click here to access the screen where items can be moved around.

When modding, the player's default screen will be zoomed in to give the effect that they are truly playing the game. A series of grids, though, will help divide the different areas of the HUD. These grids can be used quite well by players as they position the numerous HUD elements they might have turned on for their screen in an organized fashion.

Additionally, players will have a small window to play around with the shapes of the grids: independently resizing each HUD element, defining a margin between elements and screen edge, even saving their screen configuration as a preset.

Part of the fun is that players can play around with this for as long as they like because it's fully customisable. They can try one configuration for hours, then start all over again with different settings until they find just the right one. Players should note that HUD elements can't be moved around to fill the entire screen; however, why would anyone want this?

Because of the surprisingly extensive variety of customization possibilities, players can almost arbitrarily select and choose what and where they want to appear on screen.
