How to solve clock puzzle in The Medium?

The first thing you have to do is get the key to the desk that is under a flashlight> the next thing will be to interact with the large grandfather clock that is on the wall of the room> then you will have to examine the upper left corner of the clock, which is where you will have to use the old key.

Use the key to open the clock, and you can really alter the time by moving the clock hands to 4 PM.
