How Void Axium Drop Missions Work

Void Axium Drop missions are dynamic, random events that occur in the Axion Plains. When a mission begins, an announcement is made and two meteors fall from the sky, their landing zones marked on your map. You have approximately seven minutes to reach these locations and eliminate the Vulgus forces attempting to claim the resources.To successfully complete the mission, you must:

• Arrive at the Drop Zone: Head to the meteor's location as quickly as possible. The hoverbike is invaluable for this, as it allows you to cover vast distances in a short amount of time.
• Defeat the Vulgus: Engage the enemies protecting the meteor. You'll need to clear out several waves of Vulgus, culminating in the defeat of a powerful commander.
• Interact with the Void Axium: Once the commander is defeated, you can interact with the meteor to complete the mission and claim your rewards.

These missions are designed to be completed quickly, often taking only a minute or two with a well-equipped character.

Maximizing Your Rewards

The Void Axium Drops are a primary source for materials needed toupgrade your hoverbike, and the rewards are not fixed. The faster youcomplete the mission, the more rewards you can earn, with the potentialto double the base amount.

The base rewards for completing a Void Axium Drop are:

• Specially Treated Alloy x36
• Insulating Nut x18
• Alloy Bearing x6
• High Conductivity Wire x6

Furthermore, the overall rewards can be enhanced by the Dimensional Breach Stabilization Reading status in the Axion Plains. This is a collective effort among allplayers in the region. By completing other objectives and engaging theColossus, you contribute to a more stable environment, which in turnboosts the rewards for missions like the Void Axium Drop.

Upgrading Your Hoverbike

The materials you obtain from Void Axium Drops are essential for enhancingthe hoverbikes in the game. Currently, there are three hoverbikesavailable: the GLIDE-4, Orca, and Vortex.

Using the materials you farm from these missions, you can upgrade your bikesup to level 10. Every two levels, your hoverbike gains an additionaloption that you can modify, similar to how you would reroll stats onweapons.
