How to Solve Domizuin Shrine Puzzle in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Hitting this pillar turns the cage counterclockwise horizontally. Next to this pillar, there's a piece that you can use Ascend on to obtain a chest with 10 arrows. 

As you move forward, you'll notice a counterclockwise arrow inside the cage. You need to hit this arrow twice to obtain a chest with a Zonai Charge. Next, hit the counterclockwise pillar three times to swing the 2x2 square around. This will reveal a new area that you need to explore. 

The next step is to obtain the Strong Zonaite Shield. To do this, shoot an arrow at the counterclockwise pillar to ascend. Once you reach the top of the cage, you'll notice a Light of Blessing pedestal that needs to be reached to exit the shrine.
