Defeat them to proceed to the next room.

In the following room, you will find two ledges. The Rubber Armor set can be found on one of these ledges. However, getting to the armor set won't be easy. The room is infested with Like Likes that will try to eat you and your equipment. To get past them, you will need to use your shield to block their attacks. Once you get to the ledge with the armor set, you will need to defeat the electric Like Like that is guarding it.

The final breakable wall that leads to the chest with the Rubber Armor set can be found in the room after the Like Likes. Once you break the wall, you will find the chest containing the Rubber Armor set.

Getting the Rubber Armor set in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom can be challenging, but it's definitely worth the effort. With this guide, you should be able to navigate your way through Whistling Hill Cave and obtain the Rubber Armor set.
