During the "From Small Things" quest, you’ll be instructed to equip the Watering Can. Unlike other tools, you won’t find it lying around—instead, it’s accessed through the Tool Wheel.

Steps to Equip the Watering Can:

Open the Tool Wheel:

• Keyboard (PC): Press T
• Controller: Press Up on the D-pad

Select the Watering Can: Navigate to the right side of the wheel and choose it.

Start Watering: Aim at your crops and hold the action button to water them.

The Watering Can has limited water, so you’ll need to refill it periodically.

How to Refill the Watering Can

Once your Watering Can is empty, follow these steps to replenish it:

Head to a Water Source: The nearest lake (just outside your homestead) is the easiest spot.

Approach the Water: Stand near the edge of the lake.

Refill Automatically: The game should prompt you to refill—simply press the interaction button.

While we’ve confirmed this works at the lake near your home, other water sources in Bywater may also allow refills.
