The first thing you need to do is find Doc in Mosgul and talk to him. Doc will give you the mission telling you that he needs you to get him the medicine left by Renan's soldiers in the Kyrd Garrison Guard.

Now what you have to do is head to Kyrd nearby > head to the circular room in the middle and finish off the enemies you find > when you get to the room you will have to look for the two chests inside and take what's inside both of them.
