If you are wondering how to change affiliations, the first thing you need to do is to go to the correct City Hall of the city you want to transfer to. City halls are large, solitary buildings, located on each side of the map.

Once you know which affiliation to join, all you have to do is go to the respective town hall and walk to the main entrance, where you will meet the security guards and you will be able to access the Request for affiliation transfer screen.

Depending on the Town Hall you need to go to, it will only have the option to join that Affiliation and the rest will appear dimmed.

Once you confirm the change, the game will double check and ask you if you want to remain loyal to your current Affiliation or if you really want to submit that transfer request.
