To get the Plunder in the Sunken Ship Star, the first thing you will have to do is swim to the bottom in Jolly Rodger Bay. You will find a sunken ship here, but don't try to swim inside it just yet.
The next thing you should do is provoke a massive sick person to leave so you can enter. You should keep swimming until you are close to the eel and then head towards the surface. The eel will leave and you can swim back to the boat and go inside.
Once there you will see that there are four chests and you must open them in a specific order. If you get it wrong, you will have to start over. No need to reset anything, it will only happen automatically if you make a mistake.
