The scientist will mention to you a secret lab that is hidden somewhere on the map, which you must find to get a new cosmetic and complete a milestone in the story. So it is important that you know where to find Dr. Dogna's secret lab.

In order to complete this milestone, you will need to go to an area and activate some switches. But first, Dr. Dogna will tell you that the lab is in a sandy area. With this in mind, you will need to head to the Super Pyramid in Super Saharaland in quadrant C4 of the overview map. When you get to the Super Pyramid you will have to watch out for enemies in the area, but if you are unsure you will have to head to the lower left area of the sculpture > step on the pressure plate to access a side room.
Once inside the side room > head to the top where you'll find another pressure plate that you'll have to step on > advance to the right to find a sarcophagus that you must interact with to open and find the lever that you must interact with to open the wall on the right > go through this wall to reach Dr. Dogna's secret lab.
Interact with to complete the story Milestone and get a lab coat cosmetic in the Milestone tab of the menu as a reward.
