The first thing you need to do if you're wondering where to find vase paws is to head to Kikuchiba, to the subzone of the mid-level business district, so you can use teleport to get there faster > when you get there you'll have to advance along the main path to an open area with two Fuel Pool that you can either eliminate or just ignore.
