Steam: How to Get a Refund - Ultimate Guide
If you are a user of Steam it is good that you know how to get a refund in case you need it. So pay close attention.
It is basically the return that is made to you after having made a purchase with which you have not been satisfied. So it never hurts to know how to get a refund.
In order to request a refund, you will have to meet some conditions:Must have been brought within two weeks
You cannot have played the game for more than 2 hours in total.
If it is a DLC, you will only be able to get a refund if you purchased the game within 14 days and played the main game for at least two hours after purchase.
