Welcome to this guide on how to obtain all companion outfits in Starfield. In this game, you have the ability to change your companions' outfits and weapons by adding them to their Companion Inventory. While they cannot wear armor, you can still help them equip unique outfits for a stylish adventuring experience.
During the 11th main story quest in Starfield, titled "Defending the Lodge," you will face a crucial decision. You can either defend the lodge or leave and go to the Eye. The choice you make depends on which companion you have worked with the most, and it will determine who can be saved. If you choose to save yourself, fret not! You can always take a backup save.
After completing your mission, unfortunately, one of your companions will meet their demise. However, there's a silver lining – you can collect their outfits as a memento of their presence in your journey. Keep in mind that obtaining all the outfits of a deceased companion is not possible within a single playthrough. Nonetheless, you do have the opportunity to gather four outfits for the main companions: Andreja, Barbertt, Sam Coe, and Sarah Morgan.
To collect Andreja's outfit, you need to complete a side quest called "Lost Memories."
