How to Fix Starfield the Comms Computer

To acquire the third Power Cell, venture outside the main building. Observe the surroundings and spot a robot nearby. Upon closer examination, you'll notice a Power Cell hidden within the robot's internal mechanisms. Carefully extract the Power Cell from inside the robot and add it to your collection.
