- The syndicate leader is angry. Hit squads are dispatched to kill Kay.
- Kay will be hunted down until she regains favor with the syndicate.
- Syndicate members will shoot on sight. Kay is not allowed in syndicate territories.
- Syndicate members are hostile with Kay and pay mediocre rates for contracts.
- Syndicate-affiliated merchants will overcharge Kay.
Bad
- Same as Terrible.
Poor
- Same as Terrible, but syndicate members will give Kay a chance to redeem her score by accepting available jobs.
Good
- Kay is allowed into all syndicate areas but is not allowed to steal.
- Syndicate members trust Kay and offer her more jobs.
- Syndicate-affiliated merchants will give Kay huge discounts and make their inventory available to him.
- A unique gift for the first time the player reaches the top of the syndicate.
- Excellent
- Kay will get access to all syndicate resources without having to pay any access fees.
- Members of the syndicate think of Kay as a trustworthy player, so they are offering him the most interesting jobs.
- Syndicate-affiliated merchants will give Kay huge discounts and make their inventory available to him.
- Respected members of the syndicate receive special crests. For the first time, reaching the top gives Kay a new gear.
