Fortunately, there are some simple solutions that can help you fix this error and get your Friends List working again.
Possible Solutions
- Method 1: Log Out and Log Back In
The most straightforward solution to the Friends List being empty error in Star Citizen is to log out and log back in. To do this, go to the game menu and then press the Log Out button at the top right corner. After logging out, open up the RSI Launcher and log back into your account. This will reload your Friends List and should allow you to view it properly in mobiGlass.
- Method 2: Locate the Star Citizen Installer Folder
If the problem persists, you can try a more thorough fix by locating the USER folder in the installation path of /Star Citizen/LIVE/USER. To do this, open up your File Explorer and navigate to the Star Citizen folder. Once you’ve found the USER folder, open it up and look for the Friends List folder.
