The in-game M860 Monolith shotgun, an immensely powerful one at that, is available fairly soon after players manage to pass through the Lesser Zone, hence helping you eliminate most types of adversaries in one single shot.
How To Get An M860 Monolith Shotgun in Stalker 2?
During the beginning of Stalker 2, in Garbage zone, near Detention Center, players will be able to find a Journalist Stash containing the M 860 Monolith shotgun. Upon completion of "Behind Seven Seals," players will be granted access to several locations, one of them being northern Garbage.
Stop the Robbers First and foremost
From the Detention Center, head west to a field that contains several bandits stationed there. Since they are in a spread-out position, players can take them all out with the Silenced Pistol.
Open the journalist cache to acquire the shotgun.
When bandits in the area have been neutralized, enter the rusty casing of the blue bus in order to find the location marked on the map for Journalist Stash. Opening it will reward players with the M860 Monolith shotgun- Cracker's special weapon- with some free ammo to get started using the firearm immediately. Like all of the types previously found in other Journalist Stashes, this one carries a signature blue camo skin.
The Stalker 2 Way to Improve M860 Monolith Shotgun
The shotgun is stable and quite effective at close range, but with the help of Diode, a technician at Slag Heap, players can modify it. Players won't be able to upgrade this weapon from him in Zalissya since Lens doesn't have the know-how.
