Players must obtain the Mountain biome to be able to find the Boat Propeller. The Boat Propeller is located at the very top of this area. However, you can't just pick it up. There are loads of difficult enemies and encounters that.
Beginning on the right-hand path from the zone's beginning, continue forward to eventually make your way to the top. Fortunately, the first leg of the journey isn't very challenging. Simply head straight through until you find yourself at a location with a bench and two treasure chests in front of it. From this point on, things start to get a bit challenging.
Just past the waterfall, you'll see Snowman surrounded on all sides. They're similar to the Plant Creatures from the Forest. Dodge their projectile attacks by running past them or slashing at them with your whip. Head to the Colored Crystal Puzzle by continuing up the right-hand path that splits the two stone pillars.
The projectiles don't inflict any damage if they hit you. The freeze effect is also temporary.
Cross the next waterfall to enter the first set of challenges in the zone. You'll have to navigate through a snowy terrain while avoiding rolling snowballs. You'll get knocked to the beginning of the segment if you get hit. Study the pattern of the rolling snowballs and navigate the segment carefully. To get across to the next waterfall, you'll have to destroy some mountain boulders.
About halfway through this sector, players will find the Fast Travel point for the Mountain region.
More snowmen who can throw projectiles will populate the next section. This time, however, your advance is greatly hampered because you're crossing snowy terrain. It shouldn't be too hard to clear them, though, since you won't take any damage from them. Soon, you'll see a mountain ledge with falling snowballs. Head over to the nearby wooden building and interact with it to use 10x Mountain Wood to make a Scaffolding so you can cross the bridge without taking a hit from the snowballs.
Up ahead, you will encounter an Ice Crystal enemy for the first time. This enemy has a rotating Ice Beam that-if touched-will reset the battle to the start. Fortunately, the Mountain Stones can serve as cover. Run when the time is right and use the cover to cross.
The moment you stop moving, on the iciness of this area, you will slide ahead.
Ahead will have rolling snowballs as hazards. Repeat the rhythm and inching your way forward will keep you intact. Opposite where the second obstruction occurs you'll be able to build a second Unfinished Scaffolding with Mountain Wood. Beyond this you'll see another obstruction. Move ahead, until you encounter a second enemy with an Ice Crystal.
The second fight with the Ice Crystal monster is considerably more challenging. You can only attempt to run out of its range to evade it since there are fewer cover points. If you want to avoid the Ice Beam, you should start at the beginning and go forward until you reach the far right edge. Rush to the Mountain Stone in the center when the beam disappears.
At this point, you will probably want to make a run for the nearest exit. In fact, doing this will only result in the beam hitting you and sending you back to the start of this area. Instead, you'll want to sprint towards the right-hand side of the mountain. Wait until the beam is deflected away, then head straight out the exit.
You still have two more Scaffoldings to build and another set of obstacles to navigate with rolling snowballs, but these shouldn't be too hard. Grab the Boat Propeller once you reach the end of the obstacle area.
