In order to complete this puzzle you will have to wait for it to be done at night. After dark you can return to the puzzle location to start it.

In front of you, next to the puzzle marker, you will see a group of trees, some of which have a glowing yellow orb in the middle of them. What you have to do is use your Cycloop ability to circle the trees with the yellow orb, and complete the circle and destroy each tree.

There are four trees, so you'll have to continue this process until all the yellow orbs are gone. That is when the puzzle will be completed.
