How to Apply CAS Items to All Outfits in Sims 4

Customize Your Sim's Outfit To get started, follow this guide:

Create/Edit a Sim: To enter Create a Sim mode, either start a new game, use the Manage Worlds option, or edit an already existing Sim via the mirror.
CAS can be entered: It may be accessed by clicking "Tests", then "Convert to CAS" to enter CAS mode.

Understanding the Interface

Request Costume Button: This is the button next to the Daily Costume button, which pops up when you click on a Sim's head or body. It allows you to apply items to multiple outfits at once.
