Time for some buggy brutality to unlock that next Upgrade-O-Rama! Cracking the shells of those Fecal Beetles sounds like a messy but necessary task. Let's pinpoint the location and the best strategy for this objective:

Revenge of the Savage Planet: Get the Upgrade-O-Rama 2.5

To complete the "Crack Some Eggs" objective and unlock Upgrade-O-Rama 2.5, you'll need to head to a specific location on Xephyr and get up close and personal with some resilient Fecal Beetles:

How to Get Upgrade-O-Rama 2.5:

  • Travel to Crystal Pillar (Xephyr): Your destination is the Crystal Pillar region on the planet Xephyr. Use your base ship's teleporter to travel there.
  • Encounter Hostile Creatures: Upon arriving at Crystal Pillar, be prepared to encounter some aggressive alien lifeforms. This includes:
    • Ugly, green, huge mosquito-like creatures: These are likely the standard flying pests of the area.
    • Purple-colored Fecal Beetles with blue goop on their heads: These are your primary targets for this objective.
  • Engage the Fecal Beetles: The Fecal Beetles will actively pursue you, so be ready for a directconfrontation. Arm yourself with your gun and maintain your aim,shooting at the beetles as they approach.
  • Close-Quarters Combat: If the beetles get within melee range, remember you can also use your kick attack or your Proton Whip to deal damage.
  • The Objective: Break Three Shells with the Proton Whip: Your specific goal is to break the shells of three (3) Fecal Beetles using only the Proton Whip. Simply damaging them with your gun or kick will not count towards the objective.
  • Agile Enemies: Be aware that these Fecal Beetles are described as very quick, so you'll need to be alert and react swiftly to their movements.
  • Stealth Approach (Optional): If possible, try to utilize the environment to sneak up on the Fecal Beetles before engaging them with your Proton Whip. Thismight give you a slight advantage before they become fully aware of your presence.
  • Complete "Crack Some Eggs": Once you have successfully broken the shells of three Fecal Beetles using the Proton Whip, the "Crack Some Eggs" objective will be completed.
  • Unlock Upgrade-O-Rama 2.5: Upon completion of the objective, you will be rewarded with Upgrade-O-Rama 2.5, granting you access to new upgrades and enhancements.
