We have made a very detailed guide where we explain How to Make the Perfect Prism in Remnant 2.
It was with the addition of The Dark Horizon DLC that Remnant 2 actually got the Prism system, which lets players unlock powerful unique effects along with substantial stat buffs. This system is, of course, based on randomness, but there is indeed a way to make it less so. By the end of this guide, dedicated fans will be able to create their very own Prisms in Remnant 2. This walkthrough is going to explain this whole process.
This guide does presume a working knowledge of the Prism system, even though it will be covering some of the most basic elements. It's recommended that if a player isn't proficient with the Prism system in Remnant 2, they follow this description of it before revisiting this guide.
How to Make the Perfect Prism in Remnant 2?
Identify The Four Perfect Fusions
First things first: a Prism has five Enhancement slots that players will fill with effects that line up with the Relic Fragments from Remnant 2 to offer corresponding effects. Nevertheless, as players advance in level with their prisms, specific confluences of effects will generate "Fusions." These Fusions give up a slot for an extra effect by enabling players to acquire two effects from a single Enhancement slot.
A good example would be that in two Enhancement slots on your Prism, you have something like Mod Duration and Skill Duration. Soon, both Mod Duration and Skill Duration would make up a Longevity Fusion occupying only one Enhancement slot.
Because a singular Prism can only hold up to four Fusions, gamers who want to craft their perfect Prisms should first decide what their perfect four Fusions would be. To do this, players will need to sift through this datamined list of Fusions in Remnant 2 and pick the four whose effects most fit their intended build.
Feed Relic Fragments to the Prism Remainder The results of their first Fusion in the two players' Prisms should now be fed with Mythic Relic Fragments. For instance, if one player chooses Longevity, which fuses Mod Duration and Skill Duration as his or her first Fusion, he or she should feed a Mythic Mod Duration Fragment and a Mythic Skill Duration Fragment into his or her Prism.
When upgrading a Prism, the more chances that its effect will pop into action upon every Relic Fragment fed to it. Fans of third-person shooters are able to feed Fragments below Mythic into their Prisms, but it's highly not recommended since the strength of this increased likelihood depends on the rank of the Relic Fragment.
Players should now repeat the described procedure for the second Fusion chosen. If one chose Mage, for example, which fuses Mod Damage and Mod Power Generation, as his or her second Fusion, a Mythic Mod Damage Fragment and a Mythic Mod Power Generation Fragment should be fed into the player's prism.
Even though the Prism has five Enhancement slots, players will have a far higher chance of seeing four effects at this time when they level up their Prism. For this reason, followers of Soulslike should attach one more Mythic Fragment to their Prism-preferably for one of the benefits found in the third Fusion they decide upon. As an example, if Flash is the third Fusion chosen, fusing Cast Speed and Use Speed, a player would want to feed their Prism a Mythic Cast Speed Fragment and a Mythic Use Speed Fragment.
Upgrading Prism for First Fusion
Action gamers using the Prism can finally start leveling this equipment up as the roll chances for five effects have been extended. At each level-up, he'll either increase the potency of an already-chosen effect or add an effect to an open Enhancement slot-until all five are full. Perhaps a given, but the idea is that those five effects he had chosen during the prior stage are then filled into the Enhancement slots and then enhanced as the level of the Prism increases.
A player will eventually get to witness one of their desired Fusions pop up in a level-up pick if they continually fine-tune the effects present within the Enhancement slots of their Prism. The fans need to be on their toes to select that Fusion, as by so doing, they will finally have an open Enhancement slot and that its Prism level has been reduced.
Fill the Prism, Move on to the Next Level Fusion
For a player to complete the pairing of their third Fusion selection, they should insert a Relic Fragment into their Prism after determining what their first Fusion would be. Continuing once more with the Flash example, a player who has fed their Prism a Mythic Cast Speed Fragment should now feed their Prism a Mythic Use Speed Fragment, and vice versa.
Now that their Prism is leveled, fans can continue leveling it-just be careful to select their newly desired effect for the open Enhancement slot once it becomes available. For the co-op game enthusiasts, reap the chance to fuse two more effects into a second Fusion when possible.
Level Up for Third and Fourth Fusion and Feed the Prism
It is now time to feed the prism with Relic Fragments whose effects match the player's fourth Fusion choice. Using the example above, a player who chose the fourth Fusion of Revitalize, which unites Health Regeneration and Skill Cooldown, should feed their Prism with a Mythic Mod Duration Fragment and a Mythic Skill Duration Fragment.
With Prism more mature, enthusiasts can start leveling it back up, being sure to choose one of their newly specified effects when it gains levels. The player should seize the moment for a third Fusion when it arises. Beyond that remaining enthusiasts can resume leveling their Prism, choose the last targeted effect to be used in their newly opened fifth slot and snare the fourth Fusion if and when it becomes available.
Fill the Prism, Reach Level 50
By now, gamers should have one open Enhancement slot in their Prisms and their four preferred Fusions. For those who like a good challenge, take that last open slot and put any Mythic Fragment into the gamer's Prism and select whatever impact they want to see in the game. Surprisingly, when the Prism reaches Level 50, all of the active effects in Enhancement slots are at maximum power.
Reach Level 51 to Choose a Legendary Bonus
With their Prism now at Level 51, players will want to use it to select its Legendary Bonus. There are over forty of these within the game, and for the uninitiated, they're incredibly powerful. At Level 51, players will only have three random Legendary Bonuses to choose from, and there's a pretty good chance they won't get the effect they're looking for with their Remnant 2 build.
Try cleaning the Prism and do it all over again.
A player in a game who does not attain his/ her wanted Legendary Bonus can have only cleaned his/ her prism and commenced afresh. Quite rightly, players playing games full of secrets may have to repeat the steps explained above several times ahead of being able to compose an ideal Prism.
This is all you need to know about How to Make the Perfect Prism in Remnant 2, use this guide to make it easily.
