REDACTED is a roguelike game with an emphasis on customization and several playthroughs. The player is allowed to try many kinds of weapons during the runs; each will complement a unique playstyle. Collected during runs, keycodes are needed to buy weaponry. It's kind of a pain to round up all of them, since keycode chambers usually reward five at a time. Still, there aren't a ton of keycodes needed to unlock the older weaponry. These keycodes can be entered into the Riot Response Terminal, which is in the middle of the game's main area, near the northern wall of the raised platform.

In close combat, the Stun Baton is an all-around weapon that can handle any situation thrown at it. The Cattle Prod electrifies melee combat with its long-reaching shocks. Barman Shankers have added stealth assassination capabilities that allow you to strike in silence-quickly and silently.

Those who like to press hard, of course, have the strong melee options of the Electric Whip and Kinetic Hammer. The fast, striking-and-accurate combos with the Whip overwhelm an enemy; the heavier, slower blows with the Hammer deliver devastating damage.

All these weapons unlock for a different Keycode cost, so you're free to tailor your loadout to your play style. Whether you like to play sneaky assassin, hard-hitting brawler, or long-range sharpshooter, you'll find the perfect weapon to help you come out on top.
