In Poppy Playtime Chapter 4, after escaping the Prison Yard and encountering Yarnby and Doey, you're on your way to the Safe Haven to meet Poppy and Kissy Missy. However, a puzzle stands between you and your destination. Doey explains that the generator is offline, preventing the door to the Safe Haven from opening. He'll turn it on, but you'll need to find and place three missing cogwheels in the door mechanism. This guide will show you how.

Poppy Playtime Chapter 4: Generator Cogwheel Puzzle Solution

Finding the Cogwheels: A Scavenger Hunt

After dropping into the dark corridor, you'll find an empty battery panel.Doey will provide a battery to activate the power and, in turn, thedoor's cogwheel mechanism. Return to the first doorway on your left.This is where the cogwheel mechanism is located. You'll notice it'smissing three cogwheels.

Cogwheel 1: Turn rightfrom the mechanism and enter the maze-like area created by chain-linkedfences. The first cogwheel is sitting on a workbench.

Cogwheel 2: Exit thefenced area and return to the hallway. Enter the doorway to anothersection of the structure. Here, you'll see a stack of boxes on the leftside. Pull these boxes away to reveal the second, larger cogwheel.

Cogwheel 3: Make aU-turn from the box stack location and turn left. You'll find the thirdcogwheel (the one with a silver rim) under a shelf.

Inserting the Cogwheels: Opening the Way

Now that you have all three cogwheels, return to the door mechanism.

Placement:

• The smaller cogwheel goes into the slot on the right.
• The cogwheel with the silver rim goes into the middle slot.
• The largest cogwheel goes into the slot on the left.

The Door Opens: Aftercorrectly placing all three cogwheels, the shutter door will open,allowing you to proceed to the next area in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4 and continue your journey to the Safe Haven.
