The operating room anatomy puzzle in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4 is a complex challenge that requires searching a maze-like building for critter bodies to determine a code. This guide breaks down the steps to solve this puzzle.

Finding the Critter Bodies:

Gas Mask: Before exploring, grab the gas mask from the body on the operating room table. This is essential, as the building is filled with red gas that depletes your oxygen.

Audio Clues: Listen for a recording playing between a doctor and a patient; this indicates you're near a critter body.

Locating the Bodies: Search the area around the operating room for the bodies.

PJ Pug-a-Pillar Shortcut: After finding four bodies, continue exploring until you find a lit area with an open air duct. Use the handle to enter the duct and reach an operating theater with PJ Pug-a-Pillar's body. Interact with the body and press the red button behind it to activate a shortcut back to the operating room.

Poppy Playtime Chapter 4: Operating Room Anatomy Puzzle Solution

Serial Numbers: Back in the operating room, approach the monitors. The serial numbers of the critter bodies will be displayed.

Anatomy Chart Sequence: Use the anatomy chart displayed in the room to match the injuries onthe toys to their corresponding serial numbers. This will give you thecorrect sequence.

The Code: The correct code for the terminal is 35198.

Entering the Code: Enter the code (35198) into the terminal to unlock a door upstairs.

Destroying the Doctor's Liver:

Upstairs Access: Go upstairs through the small door next to the body.

Containment Unit: You'll find a newly opened room with the Doctor's liver in a containment unit.

Electrocution: Similarto the Morgue sequence, grab the plug from the wall and insert it intothe containment unit. This will electrocute and destroy the liver.

Progression: With the liver destroyed, you can now proceed to the next area in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4.
