How to get Fabric in Planet Crafter

The fabric cannot be found in any specific location; Instead, it is discovered in greater abundance by scavenging random shipwrecks and abandoned structures scattered across the planet. Sometimes, it can also be found in storage boxes. Considering the limited availability of shipwrecks and structures, it is ideal to treat Fabric as a finite resource. Therefore, it is not advisable to waste it on non-essential crafts such as decorations in the initial stages of the game. We can use it to build a water filter and an air filter, as these two devices significantly improve your chances of survival when you venture beyond the boundaries of our base. At the start of The Planet Crafter game, both water and air are scarce, and it is essential to ensure that these resources never reach too low levels.

Even though cloth is scarce in the early stages of The Planet Crafter, progression in the terraforming process can provide us with a solution to this limitation; once we find insects on the planet, we can create silk, which can then be broken down to create unlimited fabrics. However, this option will only be available in the later stages of Terraforming, so you need to consider how to use cloth until then.
