Calcium Intake Badge	Drink Fortified Milk (found in luggage bags) before taking any damage. This requires precise timing. Easiest methods include drinkingimmediately before getting hit by a zombie or consuming it just beforeyou take elemental damage in the Mesa or Alpine biomes.	Medium

Cryptogastronomy Badge (The Screaming Meal)

• Requirement: Cook and eat a Mandrake plant.
• Strategy: Mandrake plants resemble medicinal plants but will scream at you and inflict stamina damage when you hold them, making them hazardous. Once you successfully pick one up, avoid selecting it in your hotbar (which triggers the stamina drain).
