While he may be largely immobile and hisattacks predictable, he can be defeated with strategic planning. I found success using a few casts of Bonestorm as a Witch, allowing my minionsto divert his attention. He shouldn't present much of a challenge.

My recommendation for him is to maintain a safe distance,refrain from rolling during the laser attack after accumulating fireorbs above himself (as rolling is slower and may expose him to theorbs), and to aim for staggering him as early and as often as he can.
Once Ketzull has been defeated, summon Alva to activate a contraption thatwill raise an elevator from the floor, transporting you back to theZiggurat Encampment. Once you've completed that, step through thegateway that has now opened behind you and Alva. Step through thegateway and discover a past version of Utzaal. Alva stays by your sidein this starting area until she is captured by Viper Napuatzi, one ofthe toughest bosses you'll face in Path of Exile 2. She inflicts asignificant amount of poison damage, making Chaos resistance and poisoncharms essential in this scenario. Stay close to the guards during thespear volleys, then make your move to dodge as they approach. Avoidpositioning yourself between two sets of guards, as this will lead tounnecessary damage when the volley reaches its conclusion.
