How To Get The Chefosaurus Deviant in Once Human?

1. "There's a Dragon Here" Side Quest

Prerequisites

Reach level 15.
Reach Meyer's Market.
Have completed Lowe's "Digby Boy" quest in Deadsville (if required).

Procedure

Accept the "There's a Dragon Here" quest from Lowe.
Travel to Old Town Sunbury and locate the diner.
Eliminate any vulture enemies present.
Interact with the Chefosaurus Rex in the diner's kitchen.
Prepare and deliver the following dishes: Dried Orange, Roasted Beef, Steak Combo (ingredients are found in nearby containers).
Once satisfied, the Chefosaurus Rex will turn into a deviant blob susceptible to capture.

2. Phi Security Silo Clearing

Location

Northwest of Camp Greywater, in the Iron River region.

Procedure

Start the silo tour following standard procedure.
Proceed to the room with the large double doors and the keycard.
Instead of using the keycard, locate and go down an elevator.
Go through the dimensional rift at the end of the tunnel to reach a hospital.
Enter the room at the end of the hallway to be teleported.
Eliminate all enemies in the void.
A portal will open and lead to a child's room.
There is a chance that a Chefosaurus Rex or Pyro Dino (offensive variant) will spawn here (or that there won't be one).
If a Deviant appears, interact with it to capture it.

Additional Considerations

It is advisable to craft the best weapons and armor available before attempting to capture a Chefosaurus Rex.
Stock up on sufficient ammunition, especially when doing the "There's a Dragon Here" quest.
Be prepared to face both human and deviant enemies.
Chefosaurus Rex/Pyro Dino spawns in the Phi Security Silo are random.
Clearing the Phi Security Silo can be repeated if you don't get a Chefosaurus Rex on your first try.
