1. Locating the Essential Items: After acquiring the necessary medicine from Kayla's location, proceed down the corridor until encountering a sealed door. Turn around to locate the glowing wheelchair Deviant; follow it into the subsequent room.

2. Gathering Temporal Information: Interact with the phone on the reception desk to retrieve a vital clue – the discharge date for patient 703 in room 703 is September 15th (9/15). Furthermore, examine the calendar displayed on the wall. The current date will likely differ from the discharge date.
3. Temporal Manipulation: The four exits within this room act as a temporal control mechanism. While facing the reception desk:
- The right and left doors manipulate the day forward and backward, respectively.
- The front and back doors control the month forward and backward, respectively.
