  • Have met Maxie at Meyer's Market.
  • Complete the main story quests until you reach the lighthouse southeast of Meyer's Market.


Procedure


1. Obtaining the Expedition Notes



  • Head to the lighthouse located southeast of Meyer's Market.
  • Climb the stairs of the lighthouse and locate the Expedition Notes.
  • Upon collecting the Notes, the mission will be added to the player's log.


2. Locating the First Document



  • Follow the mission marker until you reach a dock with hostile enemies.
  • Eliminate the enemies and board the dock's lighthouse.
  • Jump onto the adjacent boat and locate the first document: Environmental Security Records.


3. Acquiring the Second Document



  • Head to the Rosetta Military Base near the lighthouse.
  • Eliminate the Elite enemy located on the helipad next to the base.
  • Upon looting the Elite enemy's body, obtain the Rosetta V2 Keycard.
  • Enter the hospital using the keycard.
  • Follow the mission marker to find a terminal with a puzzle.
  • Solve the puzzle by rotating the three circles to align the markers and obtain the second document: Medical Records Document.


4. Finding the Third Document



  • Proceed to the Rosetta Military Base.
  • Locate the two halves of a photograph: one on the side of the base and one in a nearby container.
  • Align both halves of the photograph precisely (this step can be challenging).
  • Once aligned correctly, a door will open.
  • Enter the opened door and obtain the third and final document: Army Records Document.


5. Completing the Mission



  • Upon collecting all three documents, the Unfinished Expedition mission will be completed.
